Wrestling system that plugs into the BJJ game you already play — built around your style, age and mat time, with my personal feedback on your rounds. Welcome to a Wrestle-Jitsu Community! I'm Raf Baron. National champion wrestler, and I medalled internationally. BJJ athlete & competitor, Wrestling-for-BJJ coach. Above all, proud Dadlete. I started BJJ at 40 and thought my wrestling would carry me through. It didn't. I got choked, I gassed, so I rebuilt it for BJJ, and now I coach others to do the same. My principle: Attack like a wrestler. Think like a BJJ grappler. Don't gas out. We don't attack to score points. We attack to pass the guard. We don't defend to stay safe. We defend to submit. This isn't wrestling bolted onto BJJ. It's wrestling that plugs into the game you already play — your style, age and experience. No D1 body or Dagestani childhood required. Basics, broken down properly. What's Inside: 40+ breakdowns split by position — one connected system, not a clip pile. Seminars, live coaching, long- and short-breakdowns. Personalised Q&As and footage reviews, with my recorded feedback. First 50 members lock in $12/month for life.
