A System for Releasing Fascia and Regulating the Nervous System What's inside: 30+ guided follow along videos, self paced The full fascia release system in order, center -> outward Additional: Breathwork, Qi Gong, hydration, mantras, 5 Day fasting protocol Direct access to me to ask questions Over 500+ people have gone through this protocol with me. You're not tight because your muscles are short. You're tight because your nervous system doesn't feel safe enough to let go. Fascia listens to the nervous system. Threatened, the body holds. Safe, it releases. That's why stretching alone never holds. Regulate the system first, everything else follows. We start at the center: solar plexus, diaphragm, navel, psoas. Then outward to ribs, hips, jaw, neck, feet. 5 to 10 minutes a day. Slow pressure, not hard pressure. I built this after years of chronic pain, rib flare, and a nervous system stuck in fight or flight. This is the system that got me out and I am excited to show you how to heal under the comfort of your own home. Not medical advice.
