Serious 3.0-4.5 players breaking through what actually keeps them stuck. Built on the Yelloweyes Method by Coach Thomas Yelloweyes. Sound like you? You train consistently but your game keeps returning to the same level. You crush casual play then tighten up when it actually matters. You know what you should do but under pressure your body does something different. It is not your mechanics. It is your thermostat. After 8 years coaching hundreds of players and training alongside world-ranked pros including Anna Bright and Dominic Catalano, one pattern became impossible to ignore. Players who plateau are not lacking technique. They are running an internal operating system that pulls them back every time they get close to breaking through. Six Performance Patterns do this. Invisible Ceiling. Safety Loop. Backseat Coach. Comfort Addiction. Ticket Holder. The Thermostat. This community is where you find out which one is running your game. Your game does not rise to your goals. It returns to your thermostat.
