I've had a corporate sit-down job my entire adult life. I've loved lifting weights for years and dreamed about bodybuilding since high school. Somewhere along the way, career took priority. The gym became less important. Years went by. Now I'm taking that version of myself back. This is about discovering what your version of an athlete looks like and working toward becoming that person.
