This community dives into the physics, biomechanics, and theory of volleyball 🏐. I focus on explaining concepts you won’t hear from most coaches. This is a place to get real help with volleyball performance and understanding the game. My name is Rafał Dobrowolski. I'm a former 2nd 🇵🇱 Division setter and a certified volleyball coach. Oh... and I am obsessed with sports science and biomechanics. FOR PLAYERS WHO: • feel that there is something off with their technique but don’t know what or... don’t understand what the coaches tell them • love to dive deeper into sport science and the game of volleyball WHAT YOU GET: • answers to your volleyball questions • technique breakdowns • game analysis • scientific approach WHY ME? There is tons of different cues, tips and information from coaches, players, influencers etc. and each one turns out to be contradicting to another. How many times have you seen X says that ONLY THIS TECHNIQUE is correct, while 2 posts lower Y says it’s not. I try to look at these things from a different perspective. With the help of science I can tell you which is better or worse for each individual case and WHY. Let’s grow 🏐!
