You haven't lost your teen. You just need a different way to reach them. It shouldn’t feel like you’re walking on eggshells around your teen. The Teen Years Sanctuary is a calm, supportive space for mums of tweens & teens who feel stuck in conflict, disconnection & self-doubt, & want a more compassionate approach. If home feels heavy with mood swings, slammed doors, silence, constant tension, or not knowing how to reach them, you're not alone, & you're not failing. Connection starts with understanding, not perfection. Inside you'll learn to regulate your emotions, understand your teen more deeply through emotional awareness, Human Design & intuitive guidance, so you can respond with calm & confidence. You'll also find guidance, practical resources & a judgement-free community of mums who understand. If you're ready to reconnect with your teen & parent with calm & confidence, you'll feel at home here. ☀️I'm taking a summer break. [JOIN THE WAITLIST](https://sylviaesquivel.com/ttys/) & I'll let you know when the doors reopen. Not a substitute for therapy, crisis support, or clinical mental health care.
