Explore how dogs deepen wellbeing, calm the nervous system, and awaken joy, awe, connection, wonder, and everyday magic. 🐾💛🐾 ✨ WELCOME TO THE MAGIC IN DOGS ✨ It’s so lovely to meet you here. 😃💛 I’m Birdy, a trained clinical psychologist and coach who has spent much of my career supporting dog owners and dog professionals with mental health and wellbeing. My dogs Luna and Pax changed my life and brought together two worlds I love: psychology and dogs. I created The Magic in Dogs to help dogs and humans live happier, more connected lives, and let that happiness ripple into the world. At the heart of what we do is PAWS: Present Moment, Appreciate, Wonder & Share, our simple, science-informed approach to directing attention toward more joy, connection and wonder. Dogs are masters at finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. 😉 PAWS adds another layer to whatever you already love doing with dogs, from pet life and dog sports to training and professional work. Come join us and share the magic of your dogs. 😃 Much love, Birdy & Pax 💛 P.S. Join us and head to the Classroom for your welcome resources. ✨
