Structured mediumship development. Nervous system–aware. Practice-based. Built through clarity, not drama. For people who sense more than they can easily explain. Many people notice intuitive impressions, subtle signals, or moments of knowing that don’t fit easily into everyday explanations. Yet most of us were never taught how to understand these experiences. I’m Marja Vihervaara. Before working as a professional medium and intuitive teacher, I spent 20 years as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, studying the mind, the nervous system, and human perception. My work also involved brainwave-based methods and altered states of awareness, exploring how perception changes when the brain shifts into quieter, more receptive states. These experiences eventually led me to develop the Inner Medium Method. Inside this community we explore intuition, perception, and mediumistic sensitivity in a grounded way: through practice, curiosity, and shared exploration. Welcome! -Marja
