Daily non-negotiables, clear safety boundaries, and capacity-based pacing keep the work grounded and usable. This is not therapy. This is not a medical program. It is a practical, peer-level container for honest contact with what is present, followed by deliberate refinement. Start with the Foundations classroom and the daily anchors.
