A space to feel safe in your body and mind whilst you recover from chronic neuroplastic dizziness. Welcome to The Alignment Lounge 🤍 If you're dealing with chronic dizziness and you've been told your scans are normal, that it's "just anxiety," or that there's nothing more doctors can do, you're in the right place. Conditions like PPPD and MdDS are NOT "all in your head" but they ARE in your brain. Welcome to the space that supports you in teaching your nervous system that it's safe through identity shifts, fear rewiring, mindset work, and rebuilding trust in your body. This is an ongoing space to feel safe in your body and mind whilst you recover. Inside: • Monthly workshop • Monthly group connection call • 3-month protective pattern mini-course • 20+ guided practices \(somatic tools, meditations etc\) • Interactive practice finder \(suggests the perfect guided practice for you\) • Journal prompts • 7-day scripting challenge • Back to walking guide • Community forum • PRT workshop for dizziness • "Retrain Your Brain" program Learn more about joining the full program here: [https://conscioushealing.uk/retrain-your-brain](https://conscioushealing.uk/retrain-your-brain)
