A place for CrossFit coaches to get better The Academy is a sanctuary for coaches striving to be the best for those they serve. It’s a space where the fundamentals are revered, and a *“white-belt” mentality* is embraced—a mindset of perpetual learning and refinement. It’s for those who seek to sharpen their ability to identify and correct faults, achieving faster and more effective results for their clients and themselves. The Academy is *not* for those chasing shortcuts or “the answer.” It’s not for those who cling to a rigid “my way or the highway” mindset. Egos? They can stay at the door. The Academy is a fun yet rigorous environment designed to forge diamonds. It’s about stepping into the fire and embracing the pressure required to transform into the rare, polished gems our communities need.
