90% real food 10% crap - devotion over discipline - Walking This is a community for people who want to go back to being human. we have 3 pillars here [ol:1] • eat real food \(single ingredient\) 90% • walk every day • eat 10% crap \(only the good stuff\) For 22 years i lived in the overeat -> LOCK IN - overeat cycle. Then I did a walking challenge with my twin that changed my life. I found that out my body wasn't broken, but my system was. Inside this community we figure it out together. Questions like... • How do i start week 1? • What is real food? • What is middle food? • How do i fit walking into my schedule? • How do i eat on holiday? • What do i feed my kids? • How do i stop binge eating? • What if i dont have time? • How do i make this sustainable You will not get a meal plan from me. You will get a framework. Once you understand how to think about food, you stop asking "Can I eat this?" and start trusting yourself again. If you've spent years starting over every Monday, you're in the right place.
