Hands-on expert coaching. Proven Programming. Break through plateaus and smash PRs. Team Activated helps powerlifters build bigger totals with fewer injuries through world-class programming, biomechanics, and elite-level coaching. Too many powerlifters waste years following programs that don't fit them, collecting injuries, and wondering why progress stalls. I've coached for 15 years, helped countless lifters overcome plateaus, coached more than 60 athletes to 500+ DOTS, produced 6 All-Time World Records, and hit 2,000+ raw totals across three weight classes. Every recommendation is built around performance—not the same stuff that got you stuck.
