Finally string together T2B, BMU & HSPU as a 6'2"/5'10"+ athlete, even if you've been scaling the same movements for years. I'm Michael, 6'8", CF L1, and I spent most of my 8 years of CrossFit feeling like I wasn't built for it. Cues didn't work. Bars were too low. Programming kept me stuck. And nobody was able to help me. That's why I built the Tall Athlete Lab. You're in the right place if: • CrossFit has always felt harder than it should at your height • Coaching cues work for everyone in the class but you • You keep scaling the same movements every single workout without getting actually better at them What you get: ✅ Live weekly coaching calls ✅ Movement analysis: get a personal breakdown and action steps ✅ 6-week training cycles, built for tall athletes \(T2B cycle running now\) ✅ HSPU Protocol for Tall Athletes \($24.99 value, included\) ✅ A community of CrossFitters who are built exactly like you $14/month. Price goes up after every 10 members. Start your 7-day free trial & lock in your rate for life.
