Stronger After 60 Weight Loss is for people who want to transform their bodies and lives. A family of seniors building back our mindset for success! I was 398 pounds and in a wheelchair 13 years ago. I have lost 240 pounds and got my life back. I got two new knees and did a year of physical therapy and got myself out of the wheelchair! I want to create a supportive community of people who want to encourage each other that we can do this! Get our health and happiness back. Our mindset is the beginning. To want it so bad you believe it can be done, and it can be. There are lots of tools to use these days. The glp1s can be a big help. A group of people all working together for the same goal can be powerful. I learned that in Arlan Hamilton's group Arlan's All Access. My story is featured in her book Arlan's Revenue Playbook. Small steps and doable daily actions. Weight loss is different for everyone, but a support team helps you know you’re not alone! Join us and find the help you need to finally reach your goals. By building a stronger body and mindset. You are unstoppable!
