Exercises, program examples, and discussion with serious strict curlers focused on technique, standards, and competition prep. Strict Curl University is a members-only education and community hub for lifters who take strict curl seriously. Inside, you’ll find strict curl–specific exercises, sample programs, and detailed breakdowns of technique, judging standards, and competition strategy. This is where you learn what matters, why it matters, and how elite lifters approach the lift without guesswork. You’ll also interact with other dedicated strict curlers, share training insights, ask questions, and build a deeper understanding of the sport as it’s judged and competed today. This group is designed for education, discussion, and exposure to beginning and high-level concepts. It is not individualized coaching. Lifters who want customized programming, technical feedback, and meet prep can apply for TurnKey online coaching when ready. Learn the system. Understand the standards. Decide your next step.
