Welcome to Still Standing: The Practice 🧡 This space is created for resilient women who—often to the world’s pure astonishment—are still standing despite every overwhelming odd, trial, and heartbreak they’ve had to face. If you're anything like me, you’ve spent a lifetime being strong. Whether you’re a high-achiever weary of "holding it together" or you’re feeling lost and don't know where to start, you belong here. I’m Stacey McAdoo. After losing my father to murder, my only sibling to an accident, & my son at 24, I learned that resilience isn’t about being "tough"— it’s about learning how to intentionally move forward without losing your joy. Through interactive challenges, transformative courses, supportive footing partners, and restorative in-person and virtual experiences, we provide the tools, community, and practice that help keep us standing firm on solid ground.
