I'm down 44 pounds, sleeping better, and have way more energy! Whether you're working toward 5,000 steps a day or chasing 20,000+, walking in place at home or on a walking pad, walking the neighborhood or hitting mountain trails, it's a space to stay accountable and celebrate progress together. Every two weeks we run a step challenge where members track their steps and cheer each other on. No prizes, no pressure — just people showing up for themselves and each other to stay accountable and celebrate progress together.
