Calendar: Zooms – Monday and Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 9am to compliment the classroom. Classroom: The Pillars of Sober and the City: - Pillar 1 – Awareness (Weeks 1-4): Breaking down and removing the conditioning and lies around alcohol/drugs. Pillar 2 – Conflict/The Trial (Weeks 5-8): Breaking down and removing the lies we tell ourselves about alcohol/drugs and why we need them. Pillar 3 – Awakening (Weeks 9-12): The most beautiful part of the journey is that you don’t have to change a thing about your life to experience a huge shift. As you shift your mindset, your actions and subsequently your reality will follow. Slowly but surely, you will create a life that feels full, vibrant and free.
