A community of women supporting women, while applying The Six Step Method. This is the last lifestyle change you will ever have to make!! The Six-Step Sisterhood is a community for women who are tired of dieting, tired of starting over, and ready to approach health in a way that actually makes sense for real life. This group is built around The Six-Step Method, a body-neutral, trauma-aware approach that teaches women how to: • Stop obsessing over the scale • Eat without fear or restriction, we do not count calories and we are mindful of our carbs • I do not ask you to give up ANYTHING, but sugar! We focus on protein. • This is a lifestyle change NOT a diet. • We are healing ❤️‍🩹 our relationship with food and our body without diet limitations. This is a judgment-free space where women support women — through accountability, conversation, education, and community. You don’t need to “fix” yourself to be here. You’re welcome as you are. Whether you are on a glp1, have had surgery or the sleeve or you’re doing it natural this is a judgement free zone 💕 Click “Join Group” now—your sisters are waiting for you!
