Samadki is a somatic methodology that integrates sound, movement, & embodiment work into nervous system regulation. Samadki is a movement of people practicing a somatic methodology that integrates sound, movement, and embodiment work into transformational experiences Samadhi \(unity, bliss\) + Ki \(life force energy\) A note from Samadki founder Valeria Itriago: I built Samadki, the somatic framework for the modern nervous system, because it's what I needed to find healing for myself as an asylum seeker fleeing Venezuela Samadki combines my experiences as a trauma informed somatic coach, my movement practice as a certified pilates and yoga teacher, and my capacity as a musician hosting sound healings Every practice is research-backed: primal movement, breathwork, EFT tapping, and more. Samadki integrates all of this into a holistic practice Membership includes: -A weekly live group class \(with multiple times to choose from\) -Recorded content -The relational container to practice co-regulation with the community Try out the movement flow and see the testimonial in the videos above and notice how your body feels!
