Traditional Bachata, music, culture & community with Rodney “Rodchata” Aquino. Learn the foundations, musicality and roots of Bachata. Welcome to Rodchata Club—a community dedicated to Traditional Bachata, its foundations, music, culture, and evolution. The Community is free and open for discussions, questions, announcements, class updates, and connecting with other dancers. Inside the Classroom \(subscribers only\), go deeper with structured video lessons in Bachata Foundations and Bachata Intermediate. Explore Inside the Dance, where Rodney breaks down real dancing through video analysis; Interviews & Conversations with dancers, instructors, DJs, and other voices in the community; and a special Dance Promotion section sharing lessons from decades of organizing, teaching, DJing, and building dance events and communities. New lessons and resources will be added progressively, with additional sections created as the community grows and new needs emerge. Learn the dance. Understand the music. Respect the roots.
