I cared for my mom during the final five years of her life with Lewy Body dementia and have facilitated an in-person dementia caregiver support group for more than 10 years. I'm not a medical professional, but I share lived experience, education, and practical strategies I've learned along the way. No judgment. No perfect caregivers. No pretending everything is fine. Just real talk and support from people who get it. We charge a small monthly fee to keep the group private.
