The Real Chefs Movement is a health and fitness program for chefs wanting to escape the "work, sleep, repeat" cycle and get back to making the most of their lives, inside and outside the kitchen. Founded by Tarren – former chef and current health coach, along with Agne – former server and current nutrition coach. Having used their past industry experience, current health expertise and the last 6 years of coaching chefs closely, they've been able to bring to life a program that serves the service industry in ways it has desperately needed. Chefs come to RCM when they're tired of blaming just the industry for their downfalls, and want to take a hard look at how lifestyle changes can drastically improve their energy, quality of life and professional performance. This is a space where chefs come to start thriving in an industry where most choose to just survive, and along the way, they find coaching and a tight-knit community that actually understands them.
