Move, breathe, connect, and grow. A community for yoga, wellness, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Welcome to Radiate Wellness & Yoga a supportive space where people come together to build healthy habits, deepen their yoga practice, nurture well-being, and connect with a positive community. Shawntell is a certified integrative health coach, registered yoga teacher, and mom of three. The roots of her personal yoga practice began with hot power vinyasa and have evolved to include yin, restorative, and chair yoga. Through her own wellness journey, she discovered that sustainable change happens through small, consistent actions practiced over time. Shawntell's coaching methods are informed by both ancient yoga philosophy and modern health behavior theory. She is skilled in active listening and motivational interviewing, helping individuals identify obstacles, build confidence, and create lasting lifestyle changes that support their health and well-being. Her mission is simple: To help people move, breathe, connect, and grow—one small step at a time.
