Monthly Program Design Education and Mentorship for Personal Trainers with Coach Nick Tumminello. Most programming resources are either too scientific or not scientific enough. They teach trainers how to build workouts that make sense on paper but fail to address important components such as preferences, training environment \(big box gym, in-home, etc.\), and client limitations. Unlike traditional programming resources, Program Design University includes these real-world training situations in the creation process and educates by reverse engineering tried-and-true workouts. If you’re a trainer or coach who: • Works with everyday clients, seniors, or clients with aches and pains • Wants a simple but effective method of creating great programs • Struggles to balance consistency and variety in workouts Program Design University is built for you! Every month, you get a full month of client-ready workouts + a breakdown of exactly how and why they’re designed — so you can use them immediately AND learn program design at the same time.
