Free beginner Pilates, mobility and back pain support to help you move better and build consistency. This is for people who want to take action to overcome their back pain, like I did 👇 I had back pain so bad in my 20s, I couldn’t sneeze without assuming the brace position. Tried it all, physio, chiro, osteo, and more - nothing worked for any lasting period of time. When I finally realised I had to take action myself, active rehab, rather than passive "someone else fix it" - it was a huge moment for me, within 12 weeks every day life felt good again, within a year I was playing rugby and lifting weights again. I went on to qualify as a Level 4 Low Back Pain Specialist Pilates Instructor to help people feel stronger, more flexible, mobile and confident. Now? I’ve helped hundreds feel stronger, move freely, and finally beat their back pain. This free program is your start point. You’ll get support from me, and others on the same path. Easy to follow, effective, suitable for any ability. Take control of your back pain, and your life. Join Now
