Not for the timid. For athletes who refuse generic training and chase the next level in rugby. Off The Wall Academy is a performance-based community built for serious rugby athletes aged 224–40 who refuse generic training and want to reach the next level. This is for players who know they’re capable of more impact, more consistency, more opportunity, and are done letting guesswork, small gaps in training, or poor preparation hold them back. Inside, you’ll learn how to: • Train with purpose using rugby-specific strength, speed, and conditioning systems • Develop rugby IQ and positional understanding that gives you an edge on the field • Build habits, mindset, and leadership that transfer directly to performance • Improve recovery, nutrition, and durability to stay available and consistent Whether your goal is moving up a division, going semi-pro, competing at a higher level, or simply becoming the most reliable player on your team, this group gives you the tools, education, and direction to get there. This isn’t motivation. It’s a performance framework for Off The Wall Athletes.
