Showing young hockey players how to have meaningful and productive sessions when shooting pucks off ice at home with limited resources and setups Lots of hockey players do not know how to have a productive and meaningful off ice shooting session, I want to change that so you can get better at home with limited resources and facilities and have it translate onto the ice. I have 10+ years of experience playing hockey and have spent hour of research on shooting and have built myself routines that have been very successful for myself to make me the player I am today. I want to help others achieve their goals as best as I can.
