Be In The Know! New Training, New Music & All Things Music Ministry Welcome! I'm Aaron Barbosa, and this community exists to help worship musicians, worship leaders, pastors, and church teams grow together. This is our online hangout—a place to be encouraged, stay connected, ask questions, and hear about new lessons, resources, live trainings, and content we're creating for you. You'll also find conversations and tools to help leaders build healthy, thriving music ministries that develop people, not just musicians. You'll notice optional paid courses and coaching throughout the community. They're available for those who want deeper, structured training, but they're completely optional. Our heart is simply to serve and encourage you wherever you are on your journey. Jump in, introduce yourself, and let's grow together as ministers and musicians!
