10 weekly guided video sessions to help you break out of limited beliefs, stop life-draining patterns, and create patterns that lead to fulfillment. If you know what you want, but still feel stuck — this course is for you. Mindset Evolution is a 10-session course from Michael Chester, MA, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor, built on the strategies therapists use to help people get unstuck \(ACT\). Most people aren’t held back by a lack of potential, but by automatic patterns that run so fast they go unnoticed. Learn to spot them, unhook from unhelpful thoughts, and act on what matters, one week at a time. WHAT’S INSIDE: • 10 weekly video sessions with printable Session Guides • A weekly commitment you post — and people who notice • Michael in the community, reading and responding • Live Q&A and community challenges • Your Ongoing Growth Plan after Session 10 PRICING: $49/month for your first 3 months \(the full course\), then $19 month after. Your Founding Member rate will not go up once you join. 7 days free. Cancel anytime. The course ends after Session 10. The community doesn’t. Not therapy, and not a substitute for it. Not for acute crisis.
