I’ve spent decades helping adults, particularly those over 50, regain strength, mobility, and confidence through safe, enjoyable, and sustainable exercise. I’m qualified to Level 3 Personal Training and Exercise Referral, with Level 4 specialisms in Obesity & Diabetes Management and Cardiac Rehabilitation. My focus is helping people who want to get fitter for their health — even if they’ve struggled in the past, live with a medical condition, or feel unsure where to start. My approach is built around the 3F Principle — Fun, Fitness, and Friendship.
