Emotions have a location. They carry weight, temperature, and movement. This is a space for us to learn tracking emotion, in the tissue. [https://www.mai-elements.com/map-to-your-heart](https://www.mai-elements.com/map-to-your-heart) Life makes shapes. Our bodies are an ongoing organizing process that embodies every emotion, thought, and experience into a physical structure. We prioritize external hygiene daily, yet we often neglect our internal environment, leaving un-metabolized stress as a physical residue trapped in our muscles, fascia, and neural networks. This Summer Solstice, join your feller campers and your guide Mai for a 5-week journey inside the vessel. We are moving beyond "positive thinking" to trace the map of where your history is physically bracing in your tissues. 25 Daily Flash Tours \(20–40 mins\) 6PM Pacific Time: 22-26Jun / 29Jun-3Jul / The 24-Hour Pass: Daily tours vanish like a sunset to encourage active metabolism rather than "knowledge hoarding". Orientation \(June 21st\): We kick off on the Summer Solstice \(6pm Pacific Time\)to calibrate our maps for the journey ahead. Summit Dates: June 28, July 5, July 19, July 26 6PM Pacific Time
