Where mathematics becomes a sensory, creative practice—evolving perception, meaning-making, and human judgment together. Mathematics is more than computation, problem solving, and prediction—those tidy frames mistake the instrument for the music. Mathematics is a language of description and a discipline of attention: it sharpens what we notice, names what deserves focus, and makes the human sensemaking loop—sense → model → move → update—explicit enough to share, critique, and improve. That conviction, math as a creative force rather than a computational force, is where this community began. It still anchors everything we do. What's grown around it: every week, the Creative Force Dispatch curates the strongest stories across mathematics, mathematics education, AI in education, and technology in education—no forced themes, the best work leads. Each issue opens a discussion where teachers, researchers, practitioners, and hobbyists work through the Uncomfortable Truth of teaching mathematics together. If you believe the culture of mathematics needs shifting—and want a hand in shifting it—this is your place.
