A community for BJJ athletes who want to train pain-free for life. A full BJJ mobility & longevity system. MAT ARMOUR is the home for grapplers who plan to train for life. I keep seeing smart practitioners, get pushed off the mat by the same issues. Tight hips. Beat up shoulders. A lower back that won't cooperate. Recovery that never catches up. Not because they train wrong, but because they don't have a system built for how BJJ actually moves. We run on three pillars. Longevity. Train so you're still rolling 20 and 30 years from now. Education. BJJ-specific mobility tied to real positions, not generic flows. Antifragility. Build a body that gets stronger under stress and adapts to whatever the mat throws at you. Inside you'll find free mobility and recovery content, longevity tips, behind-the-scenes builds of the full MAT ARMOUR system, and first access to community drops. I'm Dustin Brown. BJJ black belt, former pro surfer, yoga teacher, and movement educator. Everything I teach is lived first, taught second. If you plan on training for life, you're in the right place. Welcome to MAT ARMOUR.
