Meditate and reflect while learning the Japanese flower art. Learn the basic techniques of Sogetsu Ikebana and the message the flowers want to tell. Life Reflections with Ikebana Find Calm, Create Beauty, Live Mindfully Stillness doesn’t always look like sitting in silence. Sometimes it’s the slowing down enough to really see a flower. To hold a stem and notice its curve, its weight, its color. To place it and feel something settle inside you. Hi, I’m Anna. This year I’m celebrating 25 years as a floral designer and 14 of those, I’ve been learning, practicing, and teaching Ikebana, the Japanese art flower art. It has changed how I see flowers. And in doing so, changed how I live. Life Reflections with Ikebana is the free community I created for anyone who wants more calm, presence, and beauty in their everyday life. Inside you’ll find: 🌿 Weekly Ikebana photo features and creative inspiration 🌿 Mindfulness tools rooted in Japanese aesthetics 🌿 Live Q&As and warm community sharing 🌿 Classes with me when you’re ready to go deeper. I opened this space for free because stillness and beauty belongs to everyone. Come wander in. 🌿
