Learn to Kick and develop the Athleticism to do it without injury and physical limitations. This Community brings together those with the desire to learn and practice the art of throwing kicks with an elegance incomprehensible by simple mortals. My method isn't limited to technique, it includes the other half which is often forgotten or highly neglected; the Athleticism required to kick in the first place. Learning how to kick is great, but if throwing a head kick means you need to get hip replacement... the glory is shortly lived. Athleticism is defined by your capacity to use your body in multiple ways. Not just relying solely on strength or flexibility, speed or cardio, but develop an aggregate of ALL of those physical qualities and being able to skillfully combine them all. My purpose is not only to offer my kicking wisdom, but also teach how to train every aspect of your body's abilities such as strength, flexibility, cardio and also the mental conditioning required to practice the art of kicking some ass.
