It's someone you become. That idea sits at the heart of what we're exploring here. Through Wing Chun, Tai Chi and Qigong, we look beyond individual techniques to explore the principles behind the practice. Awareness, balance, relaxation, structure, timing, intention and more. These principles give us something to explore through martial arts, but their lessons don't necessarily end when we leave the training hall. Over time, we may begin to recognise them in the way we respond to challenges, relate to others and move through everyday life. You don't need to train at Kung Fu Blue Mountains to be here. Whether you've practised martial arts for decades, you're taking your first steps or you're simply curious about what traditional martial arts might have to offer, you're very welcome.
