Hotel Windermere Tenants Alliance Community Welcome to your HWTA online community hub. We are the rent stabilized tenants of 666 WEA, and our group is the Hotel Windermere Tenants Alliance. Use this site to >>> + "Community" >>> Discussion Board to share ideas and concerns. + "Classroom" >>> Receive useful information for a stabilized tenant. + "Members" >>> Communicate with individual HWTA neighbors. _____________________________________________ RULES -- "Community" Discussion: [ol:1] • Be Curious -- get involved -- learn from our neighbors. • Be Charitable -- benefit from doubt -- i.e. -- questioning your own stance. Can you state the opposing viewpoint fairly? • Listen -- to what others say before you write a response. Do you hear what is being said? Understand that perspective? • Be Constructive & Kind -- find a middle ground. Mutual understanding, rather than winning a point. We are working together here to build a better community of neighbors. • Posts should relate to the purpose of the HWTA Community Hub. • HWTA Discussion Board is monitored.
