Corporate Wellness Plan for Groome Industrial Service Group, LLC This community is a private corporate wellness program exclusively for employees of Groome Industrial Service Group and their spouses. Access is limited and will not be approved for anyone outside of Groome. The program is led by Scott Meador, Founder of Tier One Bio Optimization and Vice President of Compliance at Groome. Scott brings a structured, practical approach to health built for real-world schedules and responsibilities. Scott is a certified integrative health coach, physique athlete coach, nutrition coach, and a graduate of the Mind Pump Online Trainer Course. This program focuses on improving health through simple, repeatable systems across sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits. The goal is long-term stability, not short-term intensity. Members will receive clear direction, actionable strategies, and ongoing support designed to improve energy, performance, and overall health without disrupting work or family life.
