Amplify gratitude, connect across the globe, nourish peace. Use tech to reduce stress/confusion Hello and thank you for trusting me with some of your valuable time. The goal here is to offer a reprieve to rebalance, recalibrate, renew our energy so we can move through life with more ease and grace. This is a community for people seeking connection, understanding and belonging. A place to share a wide variety of interests including meditation, self improvement, world peace, mental/physical health ideas, social media use reality checks😊 and other zero conflict topics with a common sense of gratitude for life EVEN through the tough stuff. You don't need to create posts here. You don't need to offer any feedback or answers. You don't need to pretend you've got it all figured out. I hope you find some inspiration and peace here. I hope you find the community to be a warm, supportive place to find more of your people and feel a little less alone. I'm Maria and I'll be sharing love into the community as time permits. I hope you enjoy. I’m glad you're here.
