Direct coaching and education from the coach of the world's #1 open, jnr & teen powerlifters. Learn the WHY while you get coached. AVAILABLE LANGUAGES: English, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese & Russian. Most online coaching has a design flaw: you only get better while you're paying. Freedom is the alternative. Freedom is coaching done WITH you. I write your programs and coach your technique, but you see the why behind every decision. You leave stronger AND capable of running your own training for life. What's inside: • Personalised programming • Individualised technique coaching with reasoning • Hours of educational videos and tools • A community learning the same skills I'm Thomas Lilley, founder of ZeroW and coach of the world's #1 powerlifter. Since 2012 I've coached 1000+ lifters, including the #1 total in history \(raw AND wraps\), the first raw 1000lb squat AND deadlift in one meet, and the current #1 teen, junior and open powerlifters. The goal of Freedom is to teach you while I coach you, so you understand your own training for life. This is for lifters ready for Freedom from the trap of coaching. *Pricing in $USD*
