A practical community for new flag football coaches. Learn simple defenses, offenses, practice plans, and game management that actually work. I’m a dad who got pulled into coaching youth flag football and decided to learn how to do it well. I’ve coached for several years, starting when my kids were 6 - 9 and continuing through 12U. I’ve led multiple age groups, won several league championships, and competed in travel flag football. Everything here comes from real on-field experience not theory. I’m not a former college or pro athlete. Just a parent-coach who’s figured out what works with kids: simple systems, clear communication, organized practices, and smart game management. I’ve made mistakes, adjusted, and improved season after season. In this community, I break down: • Youth-friendly defenses • Offensive concepts kids can execute • Effective practice plans • Game-day time and player management • Pre-game prep, league rules, and organization • Building coaching confidence for new dads and first-timers My goal: Help new coaches feel prepared, confident, and proud of leading their teams while keeping the game fun for the kids.
