Go deeper into rhythm, groove and feel through live workshops and guided practice. Explore polyrhythms, subdivision, phrasing and more. You’re a musician who practices. You know the notes. But you want to go deeper into rhythm, groove and feel. The pulse drifts. Cross-rhythms throw you off. You want to feel more settled and confident in the pocket. I’m Dave Smith, a professional drummer from the UK. Six years touring with Robert Plant. Trained with West African master drummers in The Gambia, where rhythm stopped being something I counted and became something I felt. That shift is what I teach. Inside Deep Groove Workshops: • Live rhythm workshops throughout the year • All past and future workshop replays • Explore pulse, subdivision, polyrhythms, phrasing, groove and feel “You’re the only person teaching this stuff this way… breaking rhythm down into component parts so you can work on them and build it together.” - Stewart Get immediate access to the full workshop library, plus all future live workshops and replays. Join for $67. One payment. Lifetime access. This founding-member price will increase as Deep Groove Workshops grows.
