For people with a career who can't shake the pull toward dance. Start the 7-Day Hip-Hop Challenge. Post your progress, get real feedback I know what it's like to be the one holding the phone while everybody else dances. I started at 26. Everyone in the room had been dancing since they were kids, and I was sure they could all see I did not belong. I almost quit twice. But I stopped trusting how I felt about my dancing and started counting the reps instead. 2,976 hours of classes later, I get paid to choreograph and I have made five final rounds for an NFL dance team. My mission is to help you experience the same. Inside we explore: ✅ Why you look stiff, and the two things that actually cause it ✅ How to feel the beat instead of counting it in your head ✅ How to practice 10 minutes a day so a week of it shows up on video ✅ A room of adults who started late, and my eyes on your footage when you want them You don't have to figure this out alone. 👉 Click Join and start Day 1 today
