CrossFit Cerberus + Cerberus Nutrition. We believe in you until you believe in yourself. Positivity first. Words of power. No negativity. Most apps hand you a workout and leave. You get movements, a weight, a time cap, and no idea what any of it is for....Not here. Every workout we run at CrossFit Cerberus posts a full day early, with the coaching attached: why the movements are in that order, how to pace it, where to breathe, and honest ways to scale it. You read it the night before and walk in with a plan. Inside you also get our strength programs, built for joints, pain, flexibility, speed, power, and Olympic lifting. Post your videos and 8 coaches will give you real feedback on your lifts. New education drops every week. Everything runs through SugarWOD, so workouts land on your phone and your numbers are there the next time we test them. For people who want to know why, not just what. Members, garage athletes, and anyone in their 50s, 60s, or 70s tired of workouts that do not fit them. Free for CrossFit Cerberus members. $49 a month for online membership. Video feedback available to all members.
