Cheer gym owners building AI systems that actually run the gym. Build your first working system in 30 days. We’re Danielle and Dan, and we run gyms. We know what your week actually looks like: expired credit cards, unanswered parent emails, staff schedule changes, and athletes who quietly stop showing up. AI can take a lot of that off your plate. But most AI courses teach prompts. We teach you what to actually build for a cheer gym. Inside the Lab, you’ll build systems that can: • Audit accounts and flag overdue balances, expiring cards, and new enrollments • Draft parent emails in your voice • Identify athletes at risk of quitting • Track skills and flag athletes who aren’t progressing This is a lab, not a course. Build something. Test it. Share what worked. Copy what other owners built. Get help when you’re stuck. Built for cheer gym owners and managers. No agencies. No selling to members. Your first goal: Build one working automation in 30 days. Low monthly fee. High ROI.
