Start seeing the transformation right away as you follow anti-inflammatory meals and effective fat-burning joint-friendly workouts! Later that year at age 52, I was able to donate one of my kidneys to my niece. To God be the Glory. My follower Tammy lost 90 pounds in a year and the joint-friendly workouts have significantly helped her severe rheumatoid arthritis.
