Join BrainBodyByJules to play, move, and train your brain + body. Fun, science-based challenges boost focus, coordination, and energy daily. Hi! I’m Jules, creator of BrainBodyByJules, where I bring you neuroscience-inspired brain-body challenges to support focus, memory, inhibitory control, coordination, emotional regulation, and attention. My background spans health informatics, data science, neuroscience, and teaching at the graduate level, and I combine my personal passion with professional experience to bring you practical, science-backed brain-body training. I was also a professional athlete, so I know firsthand the power of training both mind and body. I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide who follow me on social media for brain-body games, dual-task challenges, and simple tools to boost cognition and coordination. I believe training your brain and body should feel playful, energizing, and achievable. Whether you’re here to try a quick dual-task game, join a challenge, or dive deep into brain-body training and education, I’m excited to guide you on this journey. – Jules
