About This Community
I’m teaching the “Bro Science” training methods I’ve developed for myself and my clients over the 25 years that I’ve been a personal trainer.
I started “Bill’s Bro Science” so I can meet with members 3 times every week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 pm Pacific / 9 pm Eastern.
It’s $19 per month and the group is small, so I can spend a lot of time with members answering their questions about training, diet, lifestyle, health technology, cannabis, and other topics I cannot or will not discuss on my other social media platforms.
It’s a lot cheaper than my private rate and we learn a lot from each other, so please comment “BBS” if you’d like to check it out.
